Comprehensive Membership & Class Policies

Universal Terms and Conditions for Purchases
  • All sales at N2 Studios are final. No refunds shall be provided for any purchases made, whether they are classes, memberships, or other services.
  • By completing a purchase at N2 Studios, the customer expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
  • Every member must upload a valid personal photograph for identity verification.
  • Memberships are for individual use and are strictly non-transferable.

12-Month Unlimited:

  • Members may avail two separate 30-day holds under specified conditions.
  • Once activated, this membership cannot be cancelled.

6-Month Unlimited:

  • Options include monthly installments or a one-time 6-month payment
  • A singular 30-day hold is permissible under designated conditions.
  • This membership, once activated, is non-cancelable.

3-Month Unlimited:

  • Governed by a 3-month contractual agreement.
  • Students have access to a special rate of $199/month if a valid student ID is emailed to info@n2studios.dance within 24 hours. 

1-Month Unlimited:

  • The purchase is final and non-refundable.

Class Cards:

  • Available as 5 classes (with a 30-day validity) or 10 classes (with a 45-day validity).
  • They are non-refundable and non-transferable post expiration.

Private Lessons:

Children’s Classes:

  • Follow an academic term structure. Refer to our official platforms for the latest schedules and pricing.
  • All classes require pre-registration.
  • The registration window will close zero minutes prior to the commencement of each class.
  • Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the class will be counted as a session utilized.
  • Unlimited package members facing two instances of late cancellations or no-shows within a week will undergo a one-week suspension of registration privileges.
  • Provisions exist for temporary membership suspension for reasons including, but not limited to:

    o Medical conditions or emergencies.

    o Immediate family crises.

    o Extended travel or work-related absences exceeding three weeks.

    o Life-changing events like childbirth, marital status changes, or relocations.

  • Documentation may be required to verify the validity of the aforementioned reasons.
  • Membership must be paid in full before it can be placed on hold.

Holders of 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month Unlimited packages desiring to halt the automatic renewal post the termination of their current tenure must email their intent in advance to info@n2studios.dance. Non-compliance will automatically renew the membership.

Standard memberships do not extend to special events, workshops, or master classes.
