Comprehensive Membership & Class Policies

General Terms & Conditions

  • All sales are final. No refunds for classes, memberships, or services.

  • By purchasing, you agree to all terms listed here.

  • Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be transferred.

  • A valid photo must be uploaded for identity verification.

     

  • All classes require advance registration.

  • Registration closes at class start time (no walk-ins after class begins).

  • Cancellations made within 6 hours will be counted as a used class.

  • Unlimited members with 2 late cancels/no-shows in a week will lose booking privileges for 1 week.

  • To ensure a high-quality class experience, N2 Studios may cancel a class if fewer than three students are registered one hour before the class start time. Students will be notified in advance, and no class credits will be deducted.

12-Month Unlimited:

  • Up to two 30-day holds allowed (with valid reasons).

  • Non-cancelable once activated.

6-Month Unlimited:

  • Pay monthly or in full.

  • One 30-day hold allowed.

  • Non-cancelable once activated.

3-Month Unlimited:

  • 3-month contract.

  • Student discount $199/month (valid student ID must be emailed within 24 hours).

1-Month Unlimited:

  • Final sale, non-refundable.

Auto-Renewal Policy:

  • 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month Unlimited Packages automatically renew.

  • To cancel, you must email info@n2studios.dance before your package expires.

  • If no cancellation request is received, the system will automatically renew for another full contract term.

Children’s Classes:

  • Follow an academic term structure. Refer to our official platforms for the latest schedules and pricing.

  • 5-Class Card — valid for 2 months

  • 10-Class Card — valid for 4 months

  • 20-Class Card — valid for 6 months

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable after expiry.

  • Operate on an academic term schedule.

  • Please check our website or app for updated class times and pricing.

  • Memberships may be temporarily suspended for:
    • Medical conditions or emergencies
    • Immediate family crisis
    • Extended travel or work absences (3+ weeks)
    • Major life events (childbirth, relocation, etc.)

  • Documentation may be required.

  • Membership must be fully paid before a hold can be applied.

Standard memberships do not include special events, workshops, or master classes.
